Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
