Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
