Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, add butter and let it melt.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness.
  4. 4. Add heavy cream and shredded cheese on top of the eggs. Let it melt.
  5. 5. Crumble the cooked bacon over the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
