- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Protein powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Honey
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and honey.
Mix until well combined.
Divide the batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with paper liners or lightly greased.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
