  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops Protein powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and honey.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with paper liners or lightly greased.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
