Healthy Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Fish Tacos
- 4 fillets White Fish (like cod or tilapia)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas
Mango Salsa
- 1 cup Diced Mango
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
2. Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder and cumin.
3. Grill fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the mango salsa.
5. Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled fish on tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
