Ingredients 

Fish Tacos

  • 4 fillets White Fish (like cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup Diced Mango
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder and cumin.
  3. 3. Grill fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the mango salsa.
  5. 5. Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  6. 6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled fish on tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
