Healthier Bang Bang Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the sauce.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
4. Serve the chicken with extra sauce drizzled on top, if desired.
