  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks drained
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add marinated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned.
  5. 5. Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
