Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Mochiko Flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mochiko flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces to the mixture and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
