- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon yeast
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 large eggs beaten
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add pineapple juice, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased baking pan.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Let the bread cool before slicing.
