Hash Brown Quiche Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with a crispy hash brown crust.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped bell pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Press hash browns into a pie dish to form a crust. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden.
In a bowl, mix cheese, ham, onion, and bell pepper. Spread over crust.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over filling.
Bake for 25 minutes until set. Let cool before serving.
