  • 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
