Hard Do Bread Recipe
Traditional Jamaican hard dough bread, perfect for sandwiches or on its own.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Yeast active dry
- 1.5 cups Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add warm water and melted butter. Mix until dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
