Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Flavor Extract (your choice)
  • ¼ teaspoon Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, mix sugar, water, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Attach a candy thermometer to the saucepan. Continue to cook without stirring until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in flavor extract and food coloring.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Let it cool completely.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!
