Hard Boiled Egg Sandwich
A simple and delicious hard boiled egg sandwich recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Eggs hard boiled
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard boiled. Let them cool, then peel and chop them.
2. In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
