Hamburger Stew with Cabbage
A hearty and comforting stew made with ground beef and cabbage.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Cabbage chopped
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.
4. Add the dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
