Hamburger Potato Casserole Recipe
A hearty and comforting casserole made with ground beef, potatoes, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the ground beef, and half of the soup mixture. Repeat the layers.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
