- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 cups Frozen hash browns
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the frozen hash browns, salt, and pepper. Cook until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy.
