Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Halloumi cheese sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 50 g Mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  2. 2. Fry the halloumi slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. 3. In a large salad bowl, combine the cucumber, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mixed greens.
  4. 4. Add the fried halloumi to the salad.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
