Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Halibut about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and sprinkle the minced garlic over them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
