Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and sprinkle the minced garlic over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
