  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional, for sweetness
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Enhances absorption of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder Optional, for flavor

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add turmeric powder, black pepper, and cinnamon powder to the milk. Whisk well.
  3. 3. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and strain the milk into mugs.
  5. 5. Add honey if desired and stir well. Serve warm.
