Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk Use any milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey Optional, for sweetness
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Enhances absorption of turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder Optional, for flavor
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder, black pepper, and cinnamon powder to the milk. Whisk well.
3. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and strain the milk into mugs.
5. Add honey if desired and stir well. Serve warm.
