Ingredients 

Gulab Jamun Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee melted
  • 2 tablespoon Milk or as needed

Sugar Syrup Ingredients

  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 4 pod Cardamom crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Water optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
  2. 2. Add melted ghee and mix well. Gradually add milk to form a soft dough.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into small balls, ensuring there are no cracks.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown.
  5. 5. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and cardamom. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add rose water to the syrup, if using. Soak the fried balls in the warm syrup for at least 2 hours.
