  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bottle Guinness beer 11.2 oz
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in the Guinness beer and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter on top.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
