Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Guinness Beer
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 4 large Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 4 large Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and brown on all sides.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in tomato paste, then pour in beef broth and Guinness beer. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add carrots and potatoes. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
