  • 3 Avocados ripe
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. 2. Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. 3. Add the lime juice and salt, and mix well.
  4. 4. Stir in the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and jalapeño.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
