Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Grouper about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the grouper fillets in a baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
