Ground Turkey Stroganoff Recipe
A hearty and healthy twist on the classic stroganoff using ground turkey.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 8 oz Egg Noodles, cooked
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the flour and paprika, cooking for another minute.
4. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
