Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe
A hearty and comforting dish made with ground beef, mushrooms, and a creamy sauce served over egg noodles.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 8 oz Egg Noodles
1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
4. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
6. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
7. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the beef mixture over cooked egg noodles.
