  • 4 Potatoes medium, diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  5. 5. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
