Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
