Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Walleye about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the walleye fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  6. Once the fish is done, remove from the grill and brush with the lemon-garlic mixture.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
