Grilled Walleye Recipe
A simple and delicious grilled walleye recipe perfect for a summer meal.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Walleye about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the walleye fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Once the fish is done, remove from the grill and brush with the lemon-garlic mixture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
