  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the tri-tip roast with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the tri-tip on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  4. 4. Remove the tri-tip from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. 5. Slice against the grain and serve.
