Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 lemon Lemon (sliced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.
Drizzle olive oil over each fillet, then season with salt and pepper.
Top each fillet with minced garlic and lemon slices.
Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
Grill the packets for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Carefully open the foil packets and serve.
