  • 1 lemon Lemon (sliced)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top each fillet with minced garlic and lemon slices.
  5. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  6. Grill the packets for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
