Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
3. Remove pineapple from grill and let cool. Dice into small pieces.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
5. Mix well and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
