  • 2 lbs flanken short ribs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the ribs in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
