Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Fish steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Brush the fish with lemon juice just before removing from the grill.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
