Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the duck breasts with olive oil.
  5. Place the duck breasts skin-side down on the grill.
  6. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then flip.
  7. Grill for another 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
