Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Salsa

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Strawberries diced
- 1 piece Jalapeno seeded and minced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion diced
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt divided
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper divided
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is grilling, combine the strawberries, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and the remaining salt and pepper in a mixing bowl to make the salsa.
5. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Serve the grilled chicken with a generous scoop of strawberry salsa on top.
