Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
