Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 piece Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
6. Add the sliced chicken to the salad.
7. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss to combine.
8. Serve immediately.
