Grilled Chicken Raspberry Glaze Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a saucepan, combine raspberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens.
Brush the raspberry glaze over the grilled chicken and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve the grilled chicken with extra raspberry glaze on the side.
