Grilled Chicken Marinade Recipe
A simple and delicious marinade for grilled chicken.

Marinade
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
