Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
  4. 4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. 5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
