Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is grilling, mix the cherry tomatoes and basil in a bowl.
  5. 5. Once the chicken is cooked, top each piece with the tomato and basil mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. 6. Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
