Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Serve the grilled chicken with the blueberry sauce drizzled on top.
