Ingredients 

Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Avocado Salsa

  • 2 Avocados diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.
  5. 5. Top the grilled chicken with the avocado salsa and serve immediately.
