Grilled Chicken Avocado Salsa Recipe

Chicken
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Avocado Salsa
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.
5. Top the grilled chicken with the avocado salsa and serve immediately.
