Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce divided
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ½ cup of BBQ sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a grill-safe baking sheet or aluminum foil.
  4. Grill the meatloaf for about 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the meatloaf during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
  5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
