  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Green Chile Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, green chile sauce, and sour cream.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with half of the corn tortillas.
  4. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas, then sprinkle with half of the cheese and green onions.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese, and green onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
