Green Bean Almondine Recipe
A simple and delicious side dish featuring green beans and almonds.

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Green beans trimmed
- ¼ cup Sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced almonds and toast until golden brown.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to coat with the butter and almonds.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
