  • 2 cups chopped cucumbers
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
  3. 3. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss everything gently to combine.
