Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
