  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
