- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 package Cream cheese softened
- 1 box Yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the cake mix, mixing until fully incorporated.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat with powdered sugar.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
